Suspect Arrested in Morocco for Assaulting Teachers During Protest

The Rabat police headquarters has just announced the arrest of a man who appeared in video sequences and photos, assaulting teachers during a rally last Wednesday.
An investigation was opened on Wednesday to identify the suspect. In a statement, the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) indicates that the judicial police services in charge of investigating this case have worked tirelessly to identify the suspect involved in these criminal acts and to arrest him.
The accused was placed in custody at the disposal of the investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, in order to determine the ins and outs of this case, concludes the DGSN.
