Spanish PM Sánchez Vacations in Morocco Amid Heightened Security and Diplomatic Ties

This choice of destination is not a simple tourist choice; it symbolizes the excellent current relationship between the countries bordering the Mediterranean. The constant improvement in relations between Spain and Morocco was underlined during the High-Level Meeting (RAN) in Rabat last February. Pedro Sánchez and the head of the Moroccan government, Aziz Akhannouch, ratified important bilateral agreements in various fields during this meeting, followed by an invitation from King Mohammed VI to Sánchez.
