Spanish Police Arrest Suspected ISIS Financier Known as ’The Tailor’

Owner of several textile and clothing manufacturing factories, a Moroccan national, holder of Spanish nationality, was arrested on his return from a several-month stay in Morocco.
According to the newspaper El español, the one named Noureddine Chiguer is suspected of running a network belonging to the Islamic State Daesh, very active in Spain, Iraq and Syria.
Arrested near his home in Alicante, the individual is accused of financing the operations of the Organization under the guise of financial assistance channeled through the network across Turkey.
The Spanish authorities give him the name of "the tailor of Daesh", because of the convoys of clothes sent in the form of aid to Syria and Iraq from his many factories in Spain.
