Sevilla FC’s Munir El Haddadi Tests Positive for COVID-19, Isolates in Madrid

The players and members of the technical staff of FC Seville all underwent a PCR test on Thursday, at the end of which the Moroccan Munir El Haddadi tested positive for the coronavirus. The Andalusian club announced it on Saturday in a press release.
The 25-year-old international is one of those many asymptomatic cases recorded around the world. They have no apparent manifestation of the disease but unfortunately carry the virus within them.
According to the press release from FC Seville, Munir El Haddadi is doing well and is in isolation at his home in Madrid. He will have to do without his teammates, who are resuming on Monday, September 7, for the duration of the treatment.
Moreover, the club announced that to avoid other surprises, all the players will undergo new screening tests this Sunday, specifies the same source.
