Seven Finalists Announced for Morocco’s 2022 Car of the Year Award

The shortlist of the seven finalist cars in the running for the "Car of the Year 2022" has been announced, after being selected from 18 eligible models.
These are the Citroën C4, the Dacia Sandero, the Hyundai Tucson, the Kia Sorento, the Mercedes Class C, the Toyota Yaris and the Volkswagen Golf, which made the difference during the static and dynamic tests.
For the tests, the vehicles underwent an evaluation grid based on precise criteria, including design, price-performance ratio, innovation, habitability and practical aspects, and finally environmental friendliness.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for next May on the occasion of a gala evening organized by the Association of Vehicle Importers in Morocco.
It should be recalled that for these static tests, the Audi A3 Sportback, the Citroën C4, the Dacia Logan, the Dacia Sandero, the Hyundai Creta, the Hyundai i10, the Hyundai Tucson, the Kia Sorento, the Mercedes Class C, the Renault Express, the DFSK Seres 3, the Seat Arona, the Skoda Octavia, the Toyota Yaris, the Toyota Corolla Cross, the Volkswagen Caddy, the Volkswagen Golf 8 and the Volkswagen T-Roc were competing.
