Search Continues for 3 Missing Fishermen off Moroccan Coast as 2 Bodies Found

Two bodies of the 5 missing fishermen, reported missing on Saturday, December 28, 2019, were recovered off the coast of Safi.
The elements of the Royal Gendarmerie and the Royal Navy are at work to find the other three bodies of the five missing fishermen. According to the port director, the families concerned were able to identify, in the evening of Thursday, January 2, 2019, the bodies of the first two victims found.
Missing since last Saturday, only the boat of the five fishermen was found on Monday 4 km off the coast between Safi and Oualidia, reports 2m.ma. For now, the causes of this drama remain unknown. According to the same media, the drama would be due to a collision with another boat, or a shipwreck that occurred in this rocky area.
