El Salvador to Open Embassy in Morocco, Strengthening Diplomatic Ties

In an effort to strengthen relations between El Salvador and Morocco, the head of Salvadoran diplomacy announces the opening of an embassy in Rabat. Hill Tinoco confirmed this during a press briefing.
In 2020, a team of Salvadoran experts is expected in Morocco to examine, with the Moroccans, strategies that can help implement the roadmap signed on June 15 in San Salvador. It will also be an opportunity to reflect on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fields of renewable energy, agriculture, tourism, health and water.
Hill Tinoco, on a working visit to Morocco, was impressed by "the significant reforms undertaken". She was keen to congratulate King Mohammed VI for his unwavering commitment and his determination to make the Kingdom "a model of economic and social development in the region".
Morocco is a country with which "we share the same values of freedom and democracy," said Hill Tinoco, stressing the importance of strengthening the fraternal relations between the two friendly peoples.
