Ryanair Cancels All Flights to Morocco from Charleroi Airport

Bad news for travelers departing for Morocco from Charleroi. All Ryanair flights to the kingdom have been cancelled this Thursday, February 13.
The day promises to be complicated for those who had planned to take the plane. Brussels Airport has announced the color: due to a social movement affecting handling and security personnel, and in the face of the prospect of "strong disruptions", no passenger flights will be operated from Zaventem.
The airlines are responsible for directly informing passengers whose flights have been cancelled, the airport operator said. For those who were supposed to land in Brussels, it is strongly advised to check the status of their flight, either with their airline or on the Brussels Airport website.
Charleroi airport is not spared either. There too, all outbound flights are cancelled for the day on Thursday. Only flights from the Schengen area will be able to land, Brussels South Charleroi Airport (BSCA) said in a statement. The lack of staff, due to the national demonstration planned in Brussels, is the reason for this decision.
Passengers affected by these cancellations in Charleroi "will be contacted by the airline for a new booking or a refund," BSCA assures.
In the case of Charleroi, here are the cancelled flights to Morocco today:
• Ryanair to Marrakech at 11:25 am
• Ryanair to Essaouira at 1:25 pm
• Ryanair to Agadir at 1:40 pm
• Ryanair to Rabat at 2:45 pm
• Ryanair to Tangier at 5:45 pm
