Royal Palace Official Sickened by Food at Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Management Team Replaced

An incident at the Ritz-Carlton in Rabat has led to the replacement of the hotel’s management team.
Sources close to the hotel sector in the Moroccan capital, cited by Rue20, indicate that a personality from the royal palace would have been a victim of food poisoning after a meal taken at the hotel.
It seems that the hotel managers, including the director, were unable to ensure compliance with the specific dietary instructions for this personality, despite prior warnings. This negligence would have led to the poisoning and prompted the filing of a complaint.
The Ritz-Carlton management reacted quickly by replacing the management team, including the catering and reception managers, according to the same source.
