Royal Air Maroc Offers Refunds and Rebookings for Canceled European Flights

Following the cancellation of all its flights to certain countries, the airline Royal Air Maroc has sought to reassure its customers about the refund of tickets already purchased.
The clarification, which concerns in particular the routes between Morocco and Italy and Belgium, specifies that "for any request for a refund, passengers can be refunded through a credit valid for 12 months, and refundable in cash at the end of its validity".
Passengers can however opt for a "free rebooking and no fare difference until May 31 to the same destination or to another destination in Europe", adds the RAM press release.
Let us recall that the kingdom had decided to suspend all its air links to and from Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Czechoslovakia, Ukraine, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Turkey as well as South Africa, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, Ireland, Belgium and finally Italy.
