Morocco Suspends Flights with Algeria and Egypt Amid COVID-19 Concerns

Morocco has decided to suspend air links with Algeria and Egypt. This decision is part of the preventive measures against the spread of the coronavirus and its new variants.
The decision was made public on the Facebook page of the National Airports Office (ONDA). Passengers coming from these two countries through another country are also affected by this decision, it is specified.
The list of countries with which Morocco has suspended flights in order to fight against the new variants of the coronavirus now stands at 20. These countries are: Turkey, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Denmark, South Africa, Belgium, Italy, Algeria and Egypt. This list is evaluated every 15 days.
