Morocco Expands Travel Ban to 32 Countries Amid COVID Variant Concerns

Faced with the rapid spread of new variants of the coronavirus, Morocco has decided to suspend air links with Argentina, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Croatia and Mozambique from March 15 at midnight.
The suspension of flights with these six countries is in effect until April 10, 2021, the National Airports Office (ONDA) specified. Passengers coming from these countries through another country are also affected by this decision.
The list of countries with which Morocco has suspended flights in order to fight the new variants of the coronavirus thus rises to 32. These countries are: Turkey, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Denmark, South Africa, Belgium, Italy, Algeria, Egypt, Poland, Norway, Finland, Greece, Lebanon, Kuwait, Argentina, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Croatia and Mozambique. This list is evaluated every 15 days.
