A breakdown on a Boeing 787-8 of the Royal Air Maroc company, parked at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, caused a delay in a flight of the Moroccan company bound for Montreal, Canada.
Due to this incident, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flight AT208 was delayed by more than six hours before taking off for Montreal, reports Morrocan Aviation, specifying that the return flight was delayed by more than 10 hours.
Faced with this situation, RAM provided accommodation for some passengers and left others out due to the geographical proximity of their homes. A decision deemed unfair by the affected passengers who believe their rights have been violated.
