Paris-Orly Airport Disruption: Royal Air Maroc Alerts Passengers to Flight Delays and Cancellations

The air traffic control system failure that occurred Sunday at Paris-Orly airport has caused significant disruptions for many airlines, including Royal Air Maroc (RAM). The Moroccan national airline has just alerted its customers.
As a result, several of its scheduled flights to and from Orly were experiencing delays or cancellations, advising affected travelers to stay informed about the evolving situation.
In this regard, Royal Air Maroc has invited its customers to check their flight status in real-time. They were also asked to ensure that their personal contact information was correctly updated. This update, possible via the "Manage my booking" section of the company’s website, aims to guarantee the receipt of notifications in case of changes to flight schedules.
Furthermore, the airline indicated that disruptions could continue. Royal Air Maroc indeed estimated that the situation might not return to normal until Tuesday, depending on the resolution of the technical problems encountered by Orly’s air traffic control services.
The Moroccan airline recommends that its passengers do not go to the airport without prior confirmation of their flight. This measure aims to avoid unnecessary travel and waiting times for travelers affected by this major technical incident.
