Royal Air Maroc Faces Passenger Outrage Amid Baggage Handler Strike at Casablanca Airport

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is the target of several complaints from its customers. Among these are situations of underperformance in the provision of its services by the airline. The strikes of the baggage handlers at Casablanca Airport are at the root of this.
Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is losing credibility. The strike of the baggage handlers at Casablanca Airport is the cause. This leads to a nightmare for travelers with, as consequences, inconveniences: lost luggage, delays, cancellations or delays of flights without prior notice. To make themselves heard, they have stormed the social networks. For several clients who expressed themselves on Twitter, flights are delayed by 5 hours before being, to the great despair, canceled. Worse, 60 to 70 bags have disappeared from the radar.
To justify themselves, the RAM managers point an accusing finger at their service providers and disengage, as regards the luggage.
General Private Interim (GPI), the incriminated service provider, accused of being in conflict with its employees, flatly refutes these accusations. For some, this problem is linked to a failure to pay debts related to the overwork of GPI employees, contrary to the clauses that the employment contract of the persons concerned had provided for.
