Rabat-Salé Urban Agency Hosts Open House for Moroccan Expats

From August 9 to August 13, the Agency Urbaine de Rabat-Salé (AURS) is organizing open house days for the benefit of Moroccans residing abroad.
As part of the guidelines of the Ministry of Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy for the relaunch of investment following the health crisis experienced by Morocco and following the royal instructions in favor of MREs, the AURS will provide technical and administrative assistance and explanations relating to urban planning, reports the MAP.
According to a press release from the urban agency, the administration of the Urban Agency of Rabat-Salé will be available to Moroccans of the world throughout their summer stay as well as all week (except Sunday), to inform Moroccans of the world about the dematerialized services.
Also, the AURS sets up a set of procedures which translates into the creation of a section on the Agency’s website, for this category, in order to be able to better communicate with them and provide them with technical assistance without having to travel (project studies, complaints, Requests...).
Two numbers are made available to MREs to also provide them with technical assistance and facilitate their access to information, at the level of its headquarters in Rabat (06 99 94 10 00) and its annex in Salé (0 702 012 171), indicates the same source.
The agency also communicates and raises awareness about the intangible services it provides, on the level of its pages on social media sites, explaining that it is possible to consult and benefit from most of the digital services provided by the urban agency through its website "aurs.org.ma".
These services include in particular visualizing the approved development plans through an interactive platform allowing the automatic editing of a consultative construction memo, requesting, paying, tracking and granting a construction memo, tracking the progress of the processing of files, building permit and partition requests, and being able to settle the payable services due to this urban agency.
