PSG’s Achraf Hakimi to Stay Until 2026, Agent Confirms Amid Transfer Rumors

Rumors suggest a probable departure of Achraf Hakimi from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), after his friend, Kylian Mbappé joined Real Madrid. The Moroccan international’s agent is categorical: the Atlas Lion remains at the Parc des Princes until the end of his contract in 2026.
"For some time now, rumors have been rife about the future of the former Inter Milan player. As a result of the departure of French striker Kylian Mbappé, with whom he is very close, the 25-year-old player would be considering a change of scenery according to some media," notes Top Mercato.
The French media adds that Achraf Hakimi "is no longer in the good graces" of his coach Luis Enrique due to a "supposed late arrival at training", recalling that the Moroccan defender has not been aligned for league matches since the match against Toulouse FC played on May 12.
The Atlas Lion does not plan to leave the Parc des Princes before the end of his contract in 2026, clarified his agent, Alejandro Camano. "Today, he is very well at PSG and he has a contract until 2026," he said in an interview with TvPlay.
The Parisian club has authorized the 25-year-old Moroccan international to join the Moroccan Olympic team to compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics if national coach Tarik Sektioui calls him up. A decision that could encourage the young player to extend his contract, analyze some observers.
