The overbooking of Royal Air Maroc denounced

The airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is once again at the center of a controversy. This time, it is the Moroccan actress Sahar Seddiki who is speaking out. Victim of overbooking on a flight to Oujda, she decided to share her indignation on social networks.
In a live video on Instagram, we can see the visibly upset actress. "I bought my ticket to Oujda and I arrived two hours in advance for check-in, but they still refused to let me board because the flight was overbooked," she explains. Sahar Seddiki denounces the attitude of the company which, according to her, "mocks the Moroccans" by selling more tickets than available seats.
Faced with this situation, the actress calls on the authorities and calls on the Moroccan media to investigate the practices of RAM. She also criticizes the lack of solutions offered by the company. "I have an event tomorrow - I am honored at the Oujda Film Festival! When I asked for a solution, they had nothing to offer but a delay that would make me miss my appointment," she laments.
This new incident adds to a long list of controversies that tarnish the reputation of Royal Air Maroc. The company is regularly criticized for problems with lost luggage and shortcomings in the care of people with disabilities.
