Royal Air Maroc Among Top 5 Airlines for Mishandled Luggage, Study Finds

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is in the top 5 of airlines when it comes to mishandled baggage. This is revealed by a study conducted by a specialized platform.
Royal Air Maroc (RAM) ranks fourth in the ranking of the five airlines with the most mishandled baggage, established by OddsMonkey, which conducted a new study on this problem to reveal which airlines are most likely to send your bag on another flight or receive more complaints about lost luggage. The platform analyzed more than 700,000 TripAdvisor reviews and studied estimates from the Luggage Losers database, which tracks live sources from over 18,000 airports and airlines, reports Express.co.uk. RAM receives 2.31% of reviews mentioning lost luggage. Ethiopian Airlines completes the top 5 with 2.21% of reviews mentioning lost luggage.
Aer Lingus tops the ranking, with 3.14% of its 14,003 reviews mentioning lost luggage. In other words: for 100 reviews, more than three passengers reported problems with their bags not arriving at their destination. The Irish airline is followed by Kenya Airways (3.03% of reviews mentioning lost luggage). Air Canada, whose 31,620 reviews showed that 2.58% mentioned baggage problems, ranks third.
OddsMonkey also compiled the ranking of the 5 best airlines least likely to lose luggage based on probability. Jet2 takes first place. It is followed by Ryanair. EasyJet and Air France come next. Wizz Air closes the podium.
