Newcastle, Turkish Giants Eye Marouane Fellaini Despite Long-Term China Contract

The Belgian international of Moroccan origin, Marouane Fellaini, is of interest to the English club Newcastle and the Turkish giants Galatasaray and Besiktas, even though he still has nearly four years left on his contract with his Chinese club, Shandong Taishang.
Newcastle wants to recruit the Shandong Taishang star, Marouane Fellaini, whom it is monitoring, reports the Belgian newspaper La Dernière Heure. But the English club faces competitors like the Turkish giants Galatasaray and Besiktas, who also want to acquire the services of the former star of Manchester United and Everton. Marouane Fellaini, 34, is also of interest to clubs in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Their names are not, for the moment, revealed.
The Belgian midfielder has put in good performances in the Chinese Super League with his club Shandong Taishang: he has scored 30 goals and provided six assists in 80 appearances since leaving Manchester United in 2019.
