Former Man United Star Marouane Fellaini Tests Positive for COVID-19 in China
The Belgian international of Moroccan origin and member of the Chinese club Shandong, Marouane Fellaini, Luneng, tested positive for coronavirus, has given news of himself. He also promised to follow the treatment to quickly regain his place in the squad.
Marouane Fellaini is the first professional footballer of Moroccan origin to test positive for Covid-19. The former Manchester United player confirmed this on Sunday on social media to his many fans.
On his Twitter account, the Shandong Luneng striker in China thanked his club and the medical staff for their support. He also promised to follow the treatment and hopes to return to the pitch as soon as possible. "Take care of yourself," he concluded.
