Newcastle Eyes World Cup Star Ziyech in Potential Chelsea Loan Deal

Moroccan international, Hakim Ziyech, author of a remarkable performance at the 2022 World Cup, is highly coveted by Newcastle, who would consider offering Chelsea a loan with an option to buy.
Ziyech confirmed his status as a leader at the World Cup. If the Atlas Lions became the 4th best team in the tournament, they owe it in part to the right winger of the Blues. The 29-year-old player was even named best winger of the competition by some observers.
However, the Moroccan’s situation at Chelsea is not rosy. Lacking playing time since the start of the season, he has repeatedly expressed his desire to relaunch himself in another club. His recent performances with Morocco have also put him in the spotlight. As a result, several European clubs, including Newcastle, are knocking on the door, reports CBS Sports.
Currently third in the Premier League standings, the Magpies want to strengthen themselves to secure a Champions League spot. In this sense, the team’s manager, Eddie Howe, is very interested in the Moroccan. Ziyech, also on the radar of his former club, Ajax Amsterdam, could be the subject of a loan with an option to buy, we are told. However, it remains to be seen whether Chelsea will accept this proposal and above all if they will be able to match the Moroccan’s salary demands.
