Morocco crowned champion of the Bocuse d’Or Africa 2024. This is the result of the work done by the Moroccan team, composed of the young talents Yassine Bogdad, Youssef Lamghani, Ahmed Ben Semlali and led by chef Moha Fedal during 5 hours and 35 minutes of competition. The jury, chaired by Davy Tissot, winner of the 2023 Bocuse d’Or World, praised the finesse and mastery of the culinary techniques of the Moroccan chefs, who win this title for the second time after 2018. Mauritius took second place, while Egypt came third. Ghana won the "Best Team Spirit" award. Senegal, for its part, won the "Special Menu" award.
