Morocco’s Trio Shines in Women’s AFCON All-Star Team
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) unveiled on Tuesday the Team of the Tournament of the Women’s AFCON, which includes three players from the Moroccan national football team.
Three Moroccans are among the players who distinguished themselves with their performances during the Africa Cup of Nations that ended in Morocco a few days ago. According to the list unveiled by CAF, there is the captain of the national team, Ghizlane Chebbak, left-back Zineb Redaouni and winger Fatima Tagnaout.
In addition to the Moroccan players, there are four South African players such as goalkeeper Andile Dlamini, defender Bambanani Mbane, midfielder Refiloe Jane and striker Jermaine Seoposenwe. They are followed by Nigerian players Osinachi Ohale and Rasheedat Ajibade. The last two members of this team of the tournament are Margaret Belem and Grace Chanda from the Zambian selection.
