Morocco Set to Discuss Extension of National Health Emergency Measures

The draft decree on the extension of the state of health emergency throughout the national territory will be one of the essential topics that the next Council of Government will examine this Thursday, December 7.
In addition to this draft decree, the next Council of Government will approve the draft decree relating to the allowances to be allocated to the members of the Commission on the Right of Access to Information.
According to a press release from the Department of the Head of Government, the third draft decree to be dealt with at this Council of Government concerns the application of the law relating to the exercise of the professions of rehabilitation, rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation, while the fourth is related to the application of Article 5 of the law amending and supplementing the law on the Highway Code.
The same Council will examine proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
