Morocco Secures Gold and Two Medals in World Para Athletics Championships 400m Event

1,400 athletes from 120 countries, including Morocco, are participating in the World Para Athletics Championships, which are being held from November 7 to 15 in Dubai.
Since the start of this competition, the Moroccan team has won three medals, including one gold.
According to the MAP, it was on the third day that the first three places in the 400m event were won by Moroccan athletes. This is Abdeslam Hili who won the gold medal in this event, with a new world record of 47.79 minutes.
Then come Mehdi Afri in 2nd place and Ayoub Sadni in 3rd place. Nabil Rahhali Omari finished 4th in this event.
Failing to be on the podium in their respective disciplines, these Moroccan athletes are many to put in very good performances.
This is the case, for example, of the Moroccan Hind Frioua who finished fifth, while her compatriot Fatima Zahra El Idrissi, entered in the 400m competition, also finished fifth.
In addition, Nabil Rahhali Omari, this time competing in the long jump event, finished 7th, while Hicham Hanyn and Youssef Benibrahim take 9th and 10th place in the 1,500m.
