Morocco Reports 68 New COVID-19 Deaths, Total Fatalities Surpass 4,000

The coronavirus has killed 68 people in the last 24 hours in Morocco. The number of deaths due to Covid-19 now stands at 4,127 since the start of the epidemic last March.
The Greater Casablanca-Settat region has 17 deaths, including 16 in Casablanca and 1 in Nouaceur. The Oriental region has 15 deaths with 6 deaths in Nador, 3 in Taourirt, 3 in Guercif, 2 in Oujda-Angad, and 1 in Berkane.
It is followed by Béni Mellal-Khénifra, which has 11 deaths, including 5 in Khouribga, 2 in Béni Mellal, 2 in Fquih Ben Salah and 2 in Azilal. In Souss-Massa, the coronavirus has killed 8 patients. Tiznit records 4 deaths against 2 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane, 2 in Inezgane-Ait Melloul.
Fès-Meknès announces 7 deaths, including 3 in Meknès, 3 in Sefrou and 1 in Taounate. 5 deaths were recorded in Marrakech-Safi with 2 in Marrakech, 1 in Essaouira and 1 in El Kelâa des Sraghna. As for Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima, it reports 3 deaths, including 2 in M’Diq-Fnideq and 1 in Larache. As for Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, it recorded 2 deaths, both in Kénitra.
