Morocco Reports 64 COVID-19 Deaths in 24 Hours, Total Rises to 4,570

64 deaths due to coronavirus were recorded in Morocco in the last 24 hours, for a total of 4,570 deaths since the start of the epidemic in March.
In the Greater Casablanca-Settat region, there are 19 deaths, including 18 in the metropolis and 1 in El Jadida. In Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, 16 people died from Covid-19 with 5 in Salé, 3 in Kénitra, 3 in Rabat and 3 in Skhirate-Témara and 2 in Khémisset.
The coronavirus killed 6 people in the Oriental and 6 others in Marrakech-Safi. While Oujda-Angad and Berkane have 2 deaths against 1 death in Taourirt and in Jerada, Youssoufia and El Kelâa des Sraghna report 2 deaths against 1 in Marrakech and in Rehamna. Then comes Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima which records 5 deaths, including in Ouezzane, 1 in Al Hoceima and 1 in Larache.
In the Béni-Mellal-Khénifra region, 4 people succumbed to the coronavirus with 2 in Azilal, 1 in Béni Mellal and 1 in Khénifra. The Souss-Massa also has 4 deaths with 3 in Inezgane-Ait Melloul and 1 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane. Fès-Meknès announces 3 deaths including 2 in Taza and 1 in Fès. In the Drâa-Tafilalet region, only 1 death was recorded.
