Morocco Reports 35 COVID-19 Deaths in 24 Hours, Total Fatalities Rise to 6,659

The Ministry of Health announced the recording of some 35 deaths due to the coronavirus, bringing the number of deaths due to Covid-19 to 6,659 since the beginning of the epidemic last March.
The Greater Casablanca-Settat region has 12 deaths, including 8 in Casablanca, 2 in Berrechid, 1 in El Jadida and 1 in Settat. It is followed by Marrakech-Safi, which reports 9 deaths with 6 in Marrakech against 1 in Youssoufia, 1 in Rehamna and 1 in El Kelâa des Sraghna.
In the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, there are 7 deaths, including 3 in Salé, 2 in Rabat and 1 in Skhirate-Témara. Then come Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima and the Oriental, which report 2 deaths. Al Hoceima, Tanger-Assilah, Driouch and Figuig each record 1 death.
As for Darâa-Tafilalet, Béni Mellal-Khénifra and Guelmin-Oued-Noun, they each have 1 death.
