Morocco Reports 30 New COVID-19 Deaths, Casablanca Hardest Hit

The Ministry of Health announced 30 deaths due to the coronavirus, bringing the total number of people who have died from Covid-19 since the beginning of the epidemic in March to 7,030 in the country.
The Greater Casablanca-Settat region recorded 13 deaths, all in Casablanca. Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and Marrakech-Safi each recorded 5 deaths. While Marrakech recorded 4 deaths against 1 in Safi, Skhirate-Témara announced 2 deaths against 2 in Salé and 1 in Khémisset.
In the Oriental region, there were 3 deaths, including 2 in Oujda-Angad and 1 in Jerada. It is followed by Guelmin-Oued Noun, which recorded 2 deaths, both in Tan Tan. The coronavirus killed 1 patient in Meknes and Tanger-Assilah.
