Morocco Reports 32 New COVID-19 Deaths, Casablanca Hardest Hit

The Ministry of Health announced the death of 32 people in Morocco due to the coronavirus, bringing the total number of deaths since the beginning of the epidemic in March last to 7,240.
In the Greater Casablanca-Settat region, 13 people died, all in Casablanca. Marrakech-Safi recorded 6 deaths, including 5 in Marrakech and 1 in Youssoufia. Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima and Rabat-Salé-Kénitra each reported 4 deaths. While Al Hoceima recorded 2 deaths against 1 in Larache and 1 in Tétouan, Rabat reported 2 deaths against 1 in Salé and 1 in Kénitra.
Souss-Massa and the Oriental each recorded 3 deaths with 2 in Driouch, 1 in Berkane, 1 in Inezgane-Ait Melloul, 1 in Tiznit and 1 in Tata. Fès-Meknès, Darâa-Tafilalet and Béni Mellal-Khénifra each recorded 1 death respectively in Fès, Ouarzazate and Fquih Ben Salah.
