Morocco Recalls Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Amid Diplomatic Tensions

According to the American agency Associated Press, Moroccan government officials would have confided that the Moroccan ambassador to Riyadh has been recalled. The two countries, which already seemed to be at odds, would they have moved to a slightly more "official" stage?
After suspending any military participation within the Coalition in Yemen, Morocco would, according to Associated Press, have gone so far as to recall its ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mustapha Mansouri.
For now, we are just talking about recalling the ambassador for consultation. Mustapha Mansouri confirmed his recall to the site Le360, but nevertheless sought to minimize its importance on the grounds that this kind of thing is commonplace in diplomatic relations between states.
As for the freezing of Moroccan participation in the operations of the military coalition in Yemen, this had been announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation himself. Nasser Bourita had indeed confirmed it in a recent interview with the Al Jazeera channel. He also took the opportunity to point out that there were other ways to cooperate. An outstretched hand, so to speak.
