Morocco Qualifies for 2022 World Cup, King Mohammed VI Congratulates Team

Just at the end of the match that sent Morocco to the final phase of the 2022 Qatar World Cup, King Mohammed VI congratulated the national team for this brilliant qualification.
After their convincing victory (4-1) against the DRC, the Atlas Lions received congratulations from the king. In a telephone interview with the President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Mohammed VI expressed his joy at this performance that delivers the entire Moroccan people from such a long wait.
The sovereign also congratulated the national coach, Vahid Halilhodzic, and the captain of the Atlas Lions, Roman Saïss. To the technical and administrative staff and the players, he addressed his congratulations for having been able to give the best of themselves and accomplish an excellent journey crowned by this great achievement.
