Moroccans should notice some changes in their pay slips during this year 2019, predicts the Willis Towers Watson firm.
According to the global human resources consulting specialist, Morocco should record a wage increase of around 4.4%, reports the newspaper l’Economiste. After inflation (1.8%), this increase should still be 2.6%, one of the strongest increases in the entire MENA region. The Kingdom is only surpassed by Kuwait (3.2%).
Willis Towers Watson, which has just signed a partnership with the Moroccan firm LMS, surveyed 72 companies, the newspaper specifies.
