Morocco Offers Free Transport for Baccalaureate Exam Candidates Amid COVID-19 Restrictions
The Moroccan authorities, in coordination with the urban transport companies, are mobilizing to offer candidates for the baccalaureate exam, free transportation throughout the duration of the composition. The Ministry of National Education has welcomed this civic involvement for the benefit of the candidates who need it in these times of severe restrictions.
These various mobilizations aim to allow candidates for the 2020 unified national baccalaureate exam to go to the exam centers under good conditions, especially those that take into account full compliance with health measures and barrier gestures.
Given the importance of this approach, the ministry expressed its gratitude to the people who led this civic initiative. It also welcomed similar initiatives launched by partners which, "deeply reflect the values of solidarity, mutual aid and synergy rooted in Moroccan society and reinforce the national effort for the success of this major national event".
