French Baccalaureate 2020: Physical Education Exam Canceled Due to COVID-19

The physical education exam is canceled for all free candidates, even those who have already taken it as part of the 2020 unified national baccalaureate exam.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Education, the grade obtained in this subject will not be taken into account for all these candidates.
This decision was made to promote equal opportunities among all candidates. According to the same document, a large number of candidates were unable to take the exam on the scheduled dates because they coincided with the declaration of the state of health emergency aimed at curbing the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19).
For the record, the regular 2020 session of the baccalaureate exam will take place on July 3 and 4 for the literary and human sciences branches and the original and vocational education, and from July 6 to 8 for the scientific and technical branches and the vocational baccalaureate.
