Morocco Announces New Dates for 2020 Baccalaureate Exams

The 2020 session of the baccalaureate exam will take place on July 3 and 4 for the literary and human sciences branches and the original education, and from July 6 to 8 for the scientific and technical branches and the vocational baccalaureate.
Saadi Amzazi, Minister of National Education, presented the new dates on Monday, May 18. Thus, after the BAC exams, the results of the regular session will be revealed on July 15, 2020. As for the makeup sessions, they will take place from July 22 to 24 for all branches. These candidates will be informed of their fate on July 29, 2020.
As for the unified regional exam, it is scheduled for the period of September 4 to 5. The regional exam of the first year of baccalaureate for free candidates will take place on July 1 and 2, 2020, while the makeup session will be organized on July 20 and 21.
Furthermore, the national exam of the 2nd year of baccalaureate for free candidates will be organized according to the same schedule as the other enrolled students. As for the standardized regional exam of the college cycle and the standardized local exam for the certificate of primary studies, they will take place on September 25 and 26, 2020.
According to the member of the government, the exam subjects will exclusively cover the programs that were the subject of face-to-face courses until March 14, 2020 to ensure equal opportunities.
