Morocco’s Crown Prince to Take International Baccalaureate Exams in Skhirat

Prince Moulay El Hassan, the son of King Mohammed VI, could take his Baccalaureate exams in Skhirat. Last year, it was at the public high school Dar Essalam in Rabat that he had taken, with 9 of his classmates, the exams of the first year of the Baccalaureate.
The Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan will not be able to take the exams of the second year of the Bac at Dar Essalam as planned, reports the weekly Al Ayam. He should participate in the exams of the "International Baccalaureate" subjects in Skhirat, in the city where King Mohammed VI has chosen to settle down a few days ago.
According to the same source, preparations would have started at the Skhirat conference palace, located near the royal palace, where the crown prince will participate in the exams, in accordance with the tradition that has prevailed since the reign of the late King Hassan II, that princesses and princes do not participate in school exams inside the royal palace.
The regular session of the 2020 national baccalaureate exam is scheduled for July 3 and 4 for the literary and human sciences branches and the original education, while the candidates for the scientific and technical branches and the vocational baccalaureate are expected during the period from July 6 to 8, 2020.
