Morocco Introduces Exclusive Passport Control Zone for Citizens at Casablanca Airport

In a press release from the National Airports Office, a new control zone, reserved for holders of Moroccan passports, will be operational from September 16 at the arrival of Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca.
The press release adds that the area covering an area of 1,200 m2 has been equipped with 20 counters, 2 of which are reserved for diplomats and 2 others for passengers with fastrack.
A team of agents has been put in place to inform passengers and facilitate their orientation within this new space, the launch of which coincides with the cancellation of police forms.
All these new measures, the result of a fruitful collaboration between the Office’s partners, should, according to the press release, improve passenger flow and reduce waiting times.
