Agadir Airport Surpasses 1.5 Million Passengers, Sets New Record

The Agadir-Al Massira International Airport has crossed the 1.5 million passenger mark as of last September. According to statistics from the National Airports Office (ONDA), 1,505,792 travelers transited through this airport infrastructure, all nationalities combined.
Air traffic, from January 1 to the end of September 2019, recorded a 4.55% increase compared to 2018, with 1,440,241 passengers.
With this volume, Agadir-Al Massira accounts for 7.98% of the total passenger traffic at the various airports in Morocco.
The Agadir-Al Massira Airport, with this figure, ranks 3rd, behind the Marrakech-Menara International Airport, which recorded 4,702,320 passengers during the same period, followed by the Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, which totaled 7,833,886 passengers.
