Moroccan Airports See Record 21 Million Passengers in 2019, Up 12%

Moroccan airports recorded a record number of passengers, with an annual increase of 11.76% for the first ten months of 2019.
According to the monthly statistics made public by the National Airports Authority (ONDA), 21,021,952 travelers transited through the various national airport structures from January to October last year, compared to 18,810,195 in 2018.
Regarding Mohammed V Airport, the main national hub, its market share reached 41.28% with 8,678,517 passengers welcomed in ten months, compared to 8,228,439 during the same period in 2018, according to ONDA.
As for Marrakech Menara (5,299,229 passengers) and Agadir Al Massira (1,679,805 passengers) airports, they occupy the second and third place respectively with 25.21% and 7.99% market shares over the first ten months.
