Agadir Airport Sees 1.33% Rise in August Travelers, Ranks 3rd in Morocco
The travelers who transited through Agadir-Al Massira airport in August last increased by 1.33%. This is what the National Airports Office (ONDA) has just indicated in a press release, reporting 195,135 travelers.
According to ONDA, Agadir-Al Massira airport occupied the 3rd place nationally during the month of August last, behind Marrakech-Menara, with a total of 524,815 travelers (2nd) and the Mohammed V international airport in Casablanca, which ranks first with 1,169,872 travelers.
According to the data published by ONDA, the airport of the capital of Souss recorded 7.46% of the total passengers of the airports of the Kingdom in August last, which was 2,614,438 passengers against 2,292,800 travelers, in August 2018.
As for aircraft movements, the share of Agadir airport was 7.44% out of 20,612 movements recorded nationwide, still during the same period.
