Morocco to Introduce Exceptional Bonuses for Healthcare Workers, Minister Announces

The development of exceptional allowances for healthcare professionals is underway. This is the new announcement made by the Minister of Health, Khalid Ait Taleb, on Thursday in Rabat.
In a presentation on Thursday in Rabat, the Minister of Health, Khalid Ait Taleb, notified that the development of exceptional allowances for all healthcare professionals is underway in his department. The presentation took place before the social sectors commission of the House of Representatives.
Note No. 066 of August 24, 2020 allowed the launch with a view to implementing the decision. The minister also recalled the attention paid by the supervisory department to improving working conditions and encouraging healthcare professionals for their efforts, even if they have not yet emerged from the crisis.
The meetings held since August 4 have made it possible to prioritize the continuation of efforts to resolve several pending files. These files relate to the administrative and financial situation of health technicians and nurses.
It should be noted that the improvement of the health and financial situation of healthcare professionals will be based on the institutional reform of the national health system, as well as the overall promotion of health, reports La Map.
