Morocco Prepares 3,000 Covid-19 Vaccination Centers for Nationwide Campaign

As part of the national vaccination campaign against Covid-19, Health Minister Khalid Ait Taleb mentioned some 2,888 stations dedicated to this operation on Monday.
The Minister of Health provided more details on this unprecedented operation during the weekly oral question session at the House of Representatives.
According to Khalid Ait Taleb, following the High Directives of HM King Mohammed VI, the implementation of appropriate structures is underway to ensure a massive national Covid-19 vaccination campaign, which will cover 80% of the population over 18 years of age.
Initially, indicates the Minister of Health, this national campaign, which is among the first of its kind in the world, will cover health personnel, truckers, the teaching staff, the elderly and citizens suffering from chronic illness. And he added that the operation will cover a period of 12 weeks.
"The development of the final strategies for this campaign is nearing completion [...] and the preparation of training sessions for the field teams is underway," assured Khalid Ait Taleb.
