Taken by vertigo a few minutes before the match between Morocco and Belgium, the national team goalkeeper is doing well, reassured Walid Regragui during the pre-match press conference.
"Yassine Bounou is ready for the decisive match against Canada," said coach Walid Regragui. He stressed that already on Monday after the match against Belgium, Bounou was already ready and even received the approval of the national team doctor. "He remains the No. 1, one of the leaders, he is ready for the match against Canada."
Morocco faces Canada this Thursday at 4pm. A decisive match for the national team that does not intend to stop at the group stage of the 2022 Qatar World Cup. The Atlas Lions hope to win or at least snatch a precious draw to hope for qualification for the round of 16.
