Morocco’s Goalkeeper Bounou Cleared to Face Canada After Health Scare

After missing the match against Belgium for health reasons, Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou will be in the lineup against Canada. This is what the doctor of the Moroccan national football team has stated.
The dizziness that Yassine Bounou experienced on Sunday, November 27, just after the national anthem, is not likely to prevent him from playing against Canada. This is the opinion of Abderrazak Hefti, the team’s doctor. "He had dizziness and I asked the coach to remove him from the team for this match. But I can certify that he is fine now and will play against Canada," he said on Arryadia.
The match against Belgium resulted in a victory for Morocco with two goals scored by Romain Saïss and Zakaria Aboukhlal. Morocco and Croatia are both leaders of Group F with four points. Croatia beat Canada 4-1 on Sunday. The match against Canada is Morocco’s last chance, as they must win or at least draw to hope for qualification.
