Morocco Emerges as Top Non-EU Importer of Spanish Auto Parts, Exports Surge

Morocco ranks second in terms of Spanish exports of automotive components, just after the European Union.
According to data provided by the Spanish Association of Automotive Suppliers, Spanish exports of automotive components amounted to 21.4 billion euros.
The Kingdom’s imports, worth 913 million euros, represent 4.3% of total Spanish sales, an increase of 1.9%. These imports place Morocco in second place after the European Union, which holds 71.3% of Spanish exports, or 15.25 billion euros.
Other countries complete the list of importers of Spanish automotive components: the United States, China, Algeria, Mexico, Turkey, Japan, South Africa and Russia.
