Morocco Drops to 45th in FIFA Rankings, Falls Out of Africa’s Top 3

The Moroccan national football team has just lost 2 places in the FIFA ranking due to its meager performance during its recent matches. The national team is currently ranked 45th.
A draw against Malawi (during the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers) and a defeat against Argentina in a friendly match, 0-0 and 0-1 respectively, is what caused the Moroccan football team to plummet two places in the FIFA ranking for this April, published on Thursday.
The national team is currently 45th in the world, and... fourth in Africa, behind Senegal, Tunisia and Nigeria. No more Morocco in the African Top 3. And completing the African top 5 is the DRC.
The global Top 5 is dominated by European teams with Belgium in first place, followed by France, then Brazil, England coming after and finally Croatia. Senegal is in 23rd place, Tunisia 28th and Nigeria 42nd. As for the DRC, it is in 46th place, just after Morocco.
