Morocco Holds 43rd Spot in Latest FIFA World Rankings, 5th in Africa

The Atlas Lions maintain their rank (43rd) in the latest world ranking published by FIFA.
The Moroccan team has 1456 points and is positioned ahead of Ghana (47th) at the global level in the FIFA ranking for the month of December.
At the African level, the Moroccans are in 5th place, behind Senegal (20th in the world), Tunisia (27th in the world), Nigeria (31st in the world) and Algeria (35th in the world).
The victory of the Atlas Lions against Burundi, and the draw against Mauritania, did not allow Morocco to be part of the top 40.
Belgium tops the world ranking, overtaking France, world champion, followed by Brazil. England and Uruguay complete the top 5. Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Colombia, on the other hand, are in the top 10.
