Morocco Deploys Military Vehicles to Enforce COVID-19 Lockdown in Casablanca

Several army armored vehicles burst onto the scene on Saturday, March 21 in Hay Mohammadi in Casablanca, to enforce the state of health emergency.
These armored vehicles are intended to deter the population from leaving their homes and thus enforce the confinement measure taken by the government to limit the spread of COVID-19. They have, for example, been able to send back to their homes the improvised walkers, who had taken to the streets of Tangier and Fez to "implore God" to keep the epidemic away.
This irresponsible, suicidal attitude, which is not without consequence and whose video has been widely shared on social networks, has aroused the anger of Internet users.
By thus taking action, the FAR are contributing to the respect of the confinement imposed by the government since last Friday.
